Motorcycle engine performance port work

  

 

Engine port work. As of now, we only perform this on 2 strokes.
Attention to detail is what we practice.

Prior to any work, information on the engine's timing, displacement and other peculiarities are recorded and entered in our software. The bike is dyno run and the results recorded.

The possibilities for the engine are then computer simulated for max performance and reliability. We model the engine on computer with and without changes to determine safe and radical changes that can be applied.

Work then begins on the engine, using specialized tools, we then cut or match and blend the ports to requirements and finally polish required areas. The parts are all meticulously cleaned and checked, after which we make dyno test runs and reliability trials.

 Engine Porting  
We offer performance modifications including  porting, cylinder boring,  & cylinder head modifications.
Cylinder porting provides more overall and efficient power.
The  ports are matched and blended in great detail, exhaust port and power valves are modified to our specifications.
This is highly skilled precision work and not something that can be derived by just "experience".
For achieving optimum results, we put in hours of development to give us performance characteristics we want.
Depending on what you require, we can provide you with the engine in various stages of tune.
